TURKEY – Turkiye Cumhuriyetti- is located on the borders of Greece, Bulgaria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Irak and Syria.
Bordered on the North by the Black Sea, the South by the Mediterranean Sea, the West by the Egan Sea, Turkey is considered as an Asian country, but 3% of its territory are in Europe.
This is this privileged situation between 2 continents, on the famous Silk Road, which has given to Turkey its strategic place in History as the crossroad of the cultural, economical and religious exchanges between the East and the West.
Land of thousand beauties, Turkey is the must-see touristic destination since time immemorial that we are proud to offer in its most unusual places.
Its administrative capital is Ankara, but Istanbul (the famous Constantinople) is without challenge its true heart…
Until now a secular Democratic Republic, it is overwhelmingly a Muslim country.
The official language is Turkish, but Kurdish and Zazaki are still spoken by the Kurdish and Zaza people which represent 18% of the population.
